Diets don’t work – period!
A strong statement to make, but sadly it’s true and current dieting advice is for the most part wrong – and clearly not working since the obesity rate in the UK alone has trebled since the 1980’s. What’s needed is a different approach.

BodyWise Slim & Flex is a complete weight loss, health and fitness programme, designed with you in mind.

If you're fed up with regular slimming clubs, yet still want to lose weight within a supportive group setting, then why not try something a little different? (One to one advice also available)

The BodyWise Slim & Flex programme aims to help you understand factors that inhibit successful weight loss and how they can be overcome in a positive and practical way. The 6 week course covers a different topic at each session, including: How Metabolism or Blood Sugar Balance can affect weight; Digestion and Food Intolerances; and Hormone Balance. Diet advice is provided by qualified Nutritional Therapist Debbie Sturge Dip.ION and you'll receive recipe ideas, menu plans and more. We even have sample food tasting, to enable you to try new foods!

Exercise is also crucial for lasting weight loss and general health and fitness. With that in mind each week ends with an exercise session, provided by qualified Personal Trainer, Rebecca Nicks. No one need feel obligated to take part, although sessions are tailored to individual needs and emphasis is on having fun! And group sizes are small, to ensure a friendly, informal, but dynamic atmosphere.
