A short talk is given each week, explaing factors that can inhibit successful & lasting weight loss (like hormone balance & metabolism). Practical dietary, lifestyle & exercise advice is then given - on what does work!

A comprehensive workbook of information is given to you at week 1, containing food lists, recipes, menu plans & supporting information for each weekly talk.

Weigh-in each week, plus your body fat analysis is taken at week 1 & 6 of the course, together with BMI and body measurements.

Food tasting - Healthy snacks, or a new recipe, is prepared each week, to enable you to try new foods – making it social & fun!

And exercise. Each session ends with an exercise session of approximately 45 minutes, tailored to individual needs. No-one need feel obligated to take part, but emphasis again is on having fun.

There is also the option for continued support and exercise once the 6 week course concludes - a weigh-in, diet support and advice, and the all important exercise session!
